Bug: sync not working

Unfortunately I hit a major issue today. I was trying to delete two calendar events from the timeline but they just wouldn't delete. The app kept saying they were being deleted but…they weren't being deleted. I tried to disconnect and reconnect my Google Calendar several times, which didn't work. I even tried it from the website, which also didn't work.

I then logged in and out of the app, and that didn't work either. I was just so frustrated at this point and I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Well, this turned out to be a major mistake, because my last few days of tasks and experience points all completely disappeared. They didn't sync up for some reason so I literally went from being like level nine back down to level two. Everything is gone…

So I spent my morning of my day off today trying to put everything back, which took a few hours because I had a lot tracked since last week! But sadly at some point I saw the red exclamation point at the bottom of my app, saying that things weren't syncing and I was offline somehow. I thought, maybe I'll just buy a week (even though I still had a week left of my trial) and see if that fixes the sync. Idk, I thought, maybe there was just an issue with the syncing if you weren't paid yet? So I ended up just paying for a week…and the sync STILL isn't working properly. Some of the tasks I JUST re-added disappeared AGAIN.

Now, for a third time, I have to enter all of my tasks and activities and just hope that things will sync up for good, but I'll be honest... At this point I'm just very frustrated and I don't know if I can continue using the app until it's more stable. :( this honestly took the wind out my sails, I didn't expect to spend two hours of my morning trying to get this app to work, unsuccessfully. I truly love the idea of the app but this really disappointed me :/ no idea what the issue is but I tried everything I could think of.
