First day using the app

So far I’m really liking it. I have a few questions. It’s ok if these aren’t available yet and sorry if I just haven’t figured it out on my own. Can I track multiple things at once? Ex. Doing my laundry and the work I’m doing while the laundry is going. Or can I only track the time of one task at a time? On the main screen can I reorder the Roles? Right now Career is at the bottom when I would much rather it be at the top. Can reoccurring tasks be put Into a project? Ex. Money management and content creation. There are one off tasks but then I still want to make sure that I have something to hold me accountable to checking/doing other tasks each week/month.

Task creation: show life role box in chosen colour

When creatin a new task, the first two fields (mandatory) are surrounded with a red lined box; that is okay for the Task Name, but for the life role it could also be coloured in the chosen colour of the Life Role? (this is not a showstopper but a "nice to have"!

I have some tasks that are not scheduled for a specific day, but I’d like to be reminded of them in the timeline. Maybe they could show up at the bottom, as some sort of reminder “hey, this is something that needs to be done sometime”.

When I set a deadline, how do I make that task show up everyday until the due date?? Out of sight out of mind. Feedback & potential bugs

This app is all I have been looking for my whole adult life. I am diagnosed with AuDHD and finally feel like I have control over all the aspects of my daily life. Merging functionality of Roles, Habits, Tasks and Timeline is revolutionary for me. And the fact that it is so aesthetically pleasing? Unreal. There are two things bugging me right now: 1. My account doesn’t sync across my iPhone and Mac/browser - it’s the only thing questioning my further subscription but I think it is just a bug? Correct me if I’m wrong. 2. When relaunching my iOS app it prompts tutorial back at me. I usually just close and open the app again to fix it but it can get annoying (but it’s honestly such a minimal bother with such amazing product)

Timeline edit doesn't change task time in project.

By accident, I had the time-tracker running for a project task over night. I changed the taks duration in the timeline today, but the tracked time for the task in the project hasn’t changed.

Progressive stats

Progressive statistics seem not to work for all four kinds of recurring items. Progress is either zero or 100% (when the item is fully completed)

Change wake up/end of day time

Hi, I just found Orakemu and I've only used it for a few days but I must say, I'm really impressed and I like it a lot. I feel like it's an app I didn't know I was looking for! The timeline feature is absolutely gorgeous and helps me visualize time so much better than most planners. I do have one suggestion though! I am a night owl and sometimes I'll start a task late at night. Say I start reading at 11pm and finish at 1am. For me, the day isn't over yet, but my entire reading activity will be rolled over into the next day simply because it passes midnight. And it looks kind of funny because it'll say "Wake up" and then right underneath will be my 1am reading activity, lol. I think it would be nice if we could change our wake up and end of day times because, for me, my end of day is usually past midnight. I also don't like that my nightly wind-down block from 11pm-1am gets cut off at midnight - if I could just change my “end of day” time to, say, 2 or 3am, I think that would completely fix the issue for me. I've seen other apps do this but I don't know how difficult of a fix this is for you - I appreciate you taking the time to look into it though! That's just about the only thing that I think would make this app even better! You’ve done a fantastic job with Orakemu, and I'm so excited to see what's in store next :) (This is completely unrelated but I just visited Belgium for the first time last May and loved it there. You guys have such tasty food and beautiful architecture, I hope to go back one day and see other parts of the country!)

🚨 I am happy to say it is now implemented! You can create recurring items of 3 types: - precise: e.g. every 3rd January, every monday and friday, etc. - flexible: e.g. at least 3 times a week, at least 2 times a year. - on-demand: you can save checklist with different steps (e.g. a recipe, a workout, a process you follow at work...) and then schedule them whenever you need them You can also have basic items (done, yes/no) or progressive items (e.g. read 50 pages) And every item can have subtasks/steps. You will also see appear your recurring items in the timeline and you can drag them around like tasks. — Support recurring tasks/habits/routines It should be possible to have time limited tasks. For instance, if I need to take medication every day for 10 days, I should be able to add that, and to see nealty in the UI my progress across the days. So for time-limited habits, show the progress For non time limited habits, show streaks? Also, as soon as a habit is done within its designated period, it shouldn’t reappear until the next start of the period. e.g., “Submit taxes once a year, between the 10 of june and 10 of july, deadline being 10 of july”. Also implement custom titles that update base on reoccurence. Example, for the task “post a daily video”, it could show up on the calendar as “post daily video 1”, “post daily video 2”, etc

Recurring timeblocks not getting deleted

Whenever I try to delete a timeblock, it says - “Timeblock is deleted successfully” but it reappears in the “Timeline” view. Please check and see if this can also be resolved. Looks like this might be a general bug/ issue. Note: the issue is that it is currently not possible to delete an instance of a recurring time-block for a specific day.

Repeat after completion

Add an option to “repeat task after completion”. E.g. repeat task 2 weeks after completion

Move overdue tasks to current date

Tasks that haven't been completed on the set date, should automatically move to the current day and display as "overdue". Even if they don't have a deadline. Or maybe this should be a setting you can toggle on or off

New Task - Remember role from previous task selection

I think this would be great for my workflow, as I tend to make repeated tasks in from a specific source in batches. If the app could remember the previous selection for this, it would be a couple of less clicks per task created.

Sort tasks

Possibility to sort the tasks eg according to the projects, to the roles, to the deadlines? In addition to “search tasks”

Show the number of days past due date/number of days overdue

This would let you see how much you have been procrastinating on a task “He didn't want even to create a new deadline. He wanted to see deadline few weeks ago, and the number of days that he was already procrastinating. That would put more pressure on him..."
