First day using the app
So far I’m really liking it. I have a few questions. It’s ok if these aren’t available yet and sorry if I just haven’t figured it out on my own.
Can I track multiple things at once? Ex. Doing my laundry and the work I’m doing while the laundry is going. Or can I only track the time of one task at a time?
On the main screen can I reorder the Roles? Right now Career is at the bottom when I would much rather it be at the top.
Can reoccurring tasks be put Into a project? Ex. Money management and content creation. There are one off tasks but then I still want to make sure that I have something to hold me accountable to checking/doing other tasks each week/month.

Regarding your question «Can reoccurring tasks be put Into a project?» while it is still not possible to create recurring tasks inside a project, I could suggest that meanwhile you create your project as a “Life Role”. Then you can plan everything inside a Life Role instead of in a project.

Hi, thank you for leaving a message here!
1. Currently you can only track one task at a time. It’s not possible to have multiple timers running but it’s something I have thought about. I created a feature request to keep track of this and will try to implement it at some point. You can add your vote here:

2. No but it's a good idea. Currently the life role with the most XP for the week will show up first. I created a feature request here:

3. Not yet. I am working on the reoccurring tasks/routines/habits feature though. Can you detail a bit more your use case on this feature request? Perhaps what you want will be supported by how I am imagining “routines”. Link:

When I set a deadline, how do I make that task show up everyday until the due date?? Out of sight out of mind. I love setting a schedule date vs a due date but if I can’t see the item on the daily tasks until said due date my ADHD and I will 100% forget/ignore it

Oh that’s not possible right now but I love the idea!! I need this too.
Currently the work around is to have a due date and then also have a planned date, and manually move the task day by day 😅
Perhaps I could put a section at the end of the timeline called “upcoming tasks” that lists tasks with how many days are left before the deadline?
I created a feature request here:
