Due Date Issue

I created tasks with a deadline date of Tomorrow (July 14th).

The timeline view is showing those due today, even though the deadline still reflects as July 14th.

Is this behavior expected? Is the timeline based on server time, and the due dates being bracketed by that instead of client time?
